Description

Collect a trail leaflet from the StreetLife Hub and head out to explore York’s history and challenge your own creativity.

This self guided creativity walk will highlight the city and guide you through exploring its popular sites as well as some hidden gems. The sites and stops along this walk will focus on historic York as well as highlighting the more modern community uses of the sites.

The walk will encourage you to experience the history of the city through a creative lens. Each stop will have a creative prompt, either a chance to write a poem, short story or create a small drawing.

There is a family-friendly option for all ages to enjoy.

Head back to the StreetLife Hub to share your ideas and work on your creative responses. Be sure to post your finished projects online using the hashtag #creativitytrailyork!
