Guilded Tour of York's Hidden History

Starting and finishing at York's medieval Guildhall, our Guilded Tours uncover the hidden history of the city's ancient streets. We'll begin on the waterfront, hunting for a Roman route across the River Ouse, before heading off down Old Coney Street in search of holy hospitality. After inspecting the Multangular Tower of York's city walls, we'll go from Mint Yard to the Minster, and learn how the fortress of Eboracum became St Peter's cathedral. On Stonegate we'll seek out a Norman toilet, before returning to the Guildhall via a lost medieval water lane. And all for under 1499!
