Description
This is a cross-cultural and cross-music exchange. Yuehan, a community musician, will talk about and perform using the pipa, so you can get close to this mysterious Chinese musical instrument.
This event will include playing and explaining British folk songs and British pop music, alongside Chinese traditional music.
Yuehan Li is a MA Community Music student at the University of York.
This event is part of an assessment for University of York MA Community music, and as such will be film and audio recorded for assessment purposes. By getting a ticket, you will be consenting to these recordings being taken.
