Description

We all have a memory of Coney Street.

Let’s look back to imagine the future we could create.

With live music from the brilliant Andy Abbott, accompanying animations made from archive images detailing Coney Street’s colourful past, we will reflect, share and create a street for our shared future.

What was useful? What did you love? What’s been lost? What would bring you back? What would make Coney Street for every body?

These sessions will be gentle, drop in, open to anyone and totally free.

Warm welcomes, drinks and snacks freely available. Hover at the edges, relax and soak up the vibe or get right stuck in: All types of involvement are welcome here.

Location: Acomb Explore Library, Front St, Acomb, York YO24 3BZ
